Also Yamaha begins the presentation of their spring collection. First up is also the youngest, the budget model Yamaha RX-V379.

We have previously announced new budget models from both Pioneer and Onkyo , and now it's Yamaha turn. Initially, only the smallest model that is revealed, and RX-V379 has in many ways part of joint news with Onkyo's new entry-level TX-SR343 .

In its capacity as the smallest base model of the series, RX-V379 a relatively easy equipped model. At least when it comes to networking solution, which is basically non-existent. But like what Onkyo has made with their TX-SR343, also Yamaha RX-V379 has been given Bluetooth. And with that, they also implemented in its Compressed Music Enhancer.

Another novelty on the Yamaha RX-V379 is the remote control with new, simplified layout of button structure. RX-V379 also has 4K Ultra HD Pass-through with HDCP 2.2.

It is Yamaha's US websites that present this model first, and we must make the proviso that the former has occurred differences between American and European editions.
