Tannoy presents upgraded models in the attractive Definition series. Together with the Center and Subwoofer that came a while ago, the upgrades are in the models DC8Ti and DC10Ti.
About a year ago we presented a review of floor model Tannoy DC10T, and this is one of the models that now get a facelift. Along with DC8Ti, the DV10Ti has received new plinth, which increases both the stability and the overall system weight of the speaker DC10i with 8-9 kg. pr. speaker. According to Tim Lount in Tannoy Residential has led to improved bass reproduction. It is not stated any other changes on the Ti models. Dual Concentric concept is still present, and has followed Tannoy for many decades.
