TX-SR343 og TX-NR545. Nye budsjettreceivere fra Onkyo flytter grenser for Dolby Atmos.

Vårslippet med AV-receivere har kommet til Onkyo. Det er i første omgang de to minste modellene TX-SR343 og TX-NR545 som blir avduket. Og ifølge Onkyo har samarbeidet med Pioneer gitt resultater i form av to svært konkurransedyktige AV-receivere i budsjettklassen.

 

 

 

TX-SR343

Den mest synlige forskjellen finner vi på den aller minste modellen. Onkyo TX-SR343har fått en enkel og harmonisk frontplate, og har en linjeføring som kan gi assosiasjoner til Onkyo sin nye halvsøster – Pioneer. Onkyo har også lagt vekt på at TX-SR343 skal være enkel å betjene – et inteklligent valg gitt at dette er en modell som ikke først og fremst appellerer til den avanserte hardcore AV-entusiasten. De har redesignet bakplaten med fokus på oversiktlighet.

 

TX-SR343 bærer preg av å være minstemann i familien, og mangler den store mengden av nettverks- og WiFi-relatert utstyr som de større modellene flommer over av. Men den har Blåtann. Det er også mulig å utvide til WiFI ved hjelp av en USB-dongle.

 

 

TX-NR545

Går vi derimot over til den større modellen OnkyoTX-NR545, er det en bokstavelig talt grensesprengende utstyrsliste i forhold til prisklassen.

 

Det har skjedd mye med TX-NR545 over forgjengeren TX-NR535. Det viktigste fundamentet ligger i at den har vokst fra å være en 5.1 til en 7.1-receiver. Og dette har gitt muligheten for Dolby Atmos i minimumskonfigurasjonen 5.1.2, noe Onkyo har benyttet anledningen til å implementere. Dermed overgår Onkyo sin egen verdensrekord i budsjett-Atmos. Og så gjenstår det å se om den vil slå den kommende halvsøsteren VSX-930, som vi skrev om for et par uker siden og som også blir en Atmos prisbombe.

Men det er ikke bare 7-kanals forsterkeri og Dolby Atmos som er nytt på TX-NR545. En fra før rikholdig utstyrsliste innen nettverk og WiFI er nå komplettert med AirPlay, en nyhet for Onkyo uansett plass i hierarkiet.
