Cambridge Audio seems to currently be in an upgrade mode . Yesterday we reported about the upgraded Stream Magic v2 , and now a v2 also comes along for the wireless speaker model Go.

In the basic version there are not so many visual differences, other than the bluetooth now uses the high quality aptX standard. It is also implemented NFC technology in Go v2, so pairing with mobile can occur by light touch.

The second new model is called Go Radio, and I will not insult the reader's intelligence by saying what separates it from the basic model. Just mention that the radio is FM, but we can hope that there will be a DAB version too in the future. Prices in other countries suggests that the price difference between Go and Go Radio are very moderate.

Both models have of course kept the opportunity to recharge your mobile phone via the USB connector, and a very generous battery life of 18 hours. Go is still fitted with two titanium tweeters and two 2-inch drivers for midrange and bass, as well as the rear-facing bass radiator. There is also still an analog input.
